Laukon kartano on ollut urani tähänastisesti mittavin ja monipuolisin suunnitteluprojekti. Kartanon omistajapari, Liisa Lagerstam ja Jouni Minkkinen, on tehnyt valtavan työn ja suuren kulttuuriteon muuttaessaan kartanon alueineen ainutkertaiseksi matkailukohteeksi ja eläväksi kartanokyläksi asukkaineen. Minulle on ollut kunnia päästä osaksi kartanon suunnittelu- ja toteutustyöryhmää.
Laukon kartano puistoineen ja useine näyttelyineen avattiin yleisölle kesäkuussa 2016 upein juhlamenoin. Historiallisen kartanon 600-vuotisjuhlavuoden kunniaksi julkaistiin Laukko: Kuusi vuosisataa -teos. Samalla vanha vaunutalli avasi ovensa kartanovieraille kunnostettuna Juhlatallina, jossa sijaitsevat puoti, kahvila ja ravintola.
Laukko Manor has been the largest and most versatile design project ever in my career. The owners of the manor, a married couple, Liisa Lagerstam and Jouni Minkkinen, have done tremendous work and a great cultural act by transforming the manor and its area into a fantastic tourist destination and a living manor village with year-round residents. I am honored to have been part of the manor design and implementation team.
Laukko Manor with its park and several exhibitions was opened to the public in June 2016 with a magnificent ceremony. In honor of the 600th anniversary of the historic manor, the book Laukko: Kuusi vuosisataa (Laukko: Six hundred years) was published. At the same time, the old stables opened its doors, restored as Juhlatalli stables where there is a shop, a café and a restaurant.

Laukon kartanoon vuosi 2018 toi tullessaan uudet kesänäyttelyt, puistokonsertit ja ennennäkemättömät tapahtumat: suuren suosion saavuttaneet Ritariturnajaiset ja Muinainen Laukko -festivaalin. Sain suunnitella Laukon arkeologisen näyttelyn vitriineineen ja etiketit uusille Laukko-oluille: Klaus Kurki Pale Alelle, Pohto Vainolainen Portterille ja Elias Lönnrot White Alelle – paikallisesta Narvan Kyläpanimosta. Edellä mainittujen lisäksi muita Laukon kesän 2018 -suunnittelutöihin kuului mm. mainonnan suunnittelua julisteista näyttelyopasteisiin ja sähköpostikampanjoista lehtimainontaan edellisten vuosien tapaan.
Laukko Manor Summer 2018 was opened to the public with new summer exhibitions, park concerts and unprecedented events: the Rohan Stables Knights’ Tournament and Ancient Laukko Festival. I designed the Laukko Archeological Exhibition, with showcases for Laukko findings from the collections of the National Museum of Finland, and the brand new Laukko Craft Beer labels – Klaus Kurki Pale Ale, Pohto Vainolainen Porter and Elias Lönnrot White Ale from the local Narva Brewery. In addition to the aforementioned, other Laukko 2018 planning work included, among others, advertising design from posters to exhibition guides, and from e-mail campaigns to printed advertising, like the previous years.
